I have both - the 24-105 is my Main #1 go-to lens, but I am keeping my 28-135 lens - just in case something were to happen to my 24-105. I use it sometimes on my 50D & get good results, but I miss the wider end of the 24mm - I would Love to see a 24-135L IS!
